What kind of materials are suitable for stilt house? Can i use total brick stilt house in sundarban? My location is near at lake and the soil is most of the time humid.

you shd think about the conditins and surroundings.. in sunderbans, how even the natural contents are breathing actually...mangrve forests are how defined. anyway. brick is robust and brick is light someway.
i wd like to use plenty of woods as its very much effective if i consider minimizing grey energy.. its plenty out there. and i wd also like to minimize strc load with existing tree trunks..if possible.

i wd also freed the vistas towards loke as u mentioned im sure you are also thinking, but i wd also consider some louvers in to that as southern glare is concerned, bascially you can also think abt glasses to make it more tranparent towards nature as few will b desparate to see you there except colours, birds,animals..which is gud. try to think about thatch roofs with parlins, and rafters within.

eagerly anticipating to see some .... sections!

1. I heard that wood in not suitable for water. if it get wet it becomes damage

2. If i use glass jurry will not ask me how can u transport theese large glass sheets from DHaka?

1.Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri-lanka all these countries are using wood beside the sea under the heavy equatorial rain, they are not having any problem.

2. You may say to the jury that you'll import glass through the Mongla sea port at Khulna then will take them inside Sundarban by trawlers or steamers through the river canals.
